1. Collected information
We may collect personal information provided by users in the course of using the Products, such as the user's name, email address, telephone number, etc. We may also collect information about users' use of the product, such as device information, operation logs, etc.
1) We use the Apple-CoreImage image face recognition function to separate the portrait and background in the image into different areas and distinguish them with different labels.
2) What face data does our app collect?
We analyze the user's photos and find out the feature points of the face in the photos (such as the eyes, nose, mouth points) for face processing. We don't collect face data. At the end of the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.
3) For what purpose do we collect this information?
In order to generate a digital avatar that is unique to the user and generate a photo based on the avatar, the application needs to identify feature points (such as eye, nose, and mouth points).
The following is the complete process:
(1) You transfer images to our servers.
(2) The server analyzes your photo and returns the result of face data processing.
(3) The application automatically synthesizes the face data processing results and materials into the final effect.
(4) The information is temporarily stored in Alibaba Cloud's encrypted storage. Once the compositing process is complete, your images will be automatically deleted immediately.
4) Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?
Data will not be shared with any third parties. At the end of the analysis process, your uploaded photos will be deleted and your generated works will only remain locally on your device.
2. Information used
We may use the information we collect to provide, maintain, improve and develop our products, as well as to provide personalized user experiences and advertising.
1) To provide you with the services you use, and to design, maintain and improve these services.
2) Collect error information such as flash back during software operation to optimize product functional stability.
3) We may use your personal information to prevent, detect, or investigate fraud, security violations, illegal or violations of agreements, policies or rules with us or its affiliates, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users, or us or its affiliates.

5.1 Network access rights: for user account registration, login, and logout operations;

5.3 Read and call storage rights: read local audio and video for editing, save the edited audio and video needs;
5.4 Camera permissions: Record new videos for video editing operations;
