This Panda Translator User Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement between the User and Panda Translator regarding the User's registration as a Panda Translator User and the use of Panda Translator Services. "User" or "You" means an individual or single entity that provides a product or service using a Panda Translator.
1.1 These Terms of Service are an agreement between the User (you) and us, and we provide you with services pursuant to this agreement. Panda Translator is the mobile phone client and related services owned by us, and the ownership, operation and interpretation rights of Panda Translator are owned by us.
1.2 Users referred to in these Terms of Service, including registered users and non-registered users, are subject to all Panda Translator Terms of Service.
1.3 If you use the services provided by Panda Translator on behalf of the Company, you hereby specifically undertake to have the right to represent the Company, and your acceptance of the Terms of Service will automatically be deemed to be the acceptance of the Terms of Service by the company you represent.
2.1 Panda Translator includes but is not limited to the following services:
3.1 The User hereby expressly represents and warrants that it owns or has acquired all necessary rights and assumes all legal responsibilities for all content uploaded to the Panda Translator.
3.2 Users shall not use the services for any illegal, obscene, pornographic and other activities that violate public order and good customs.
4.1 All rights in any software used to provide network services belong to the copyright owner of the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
5.1 Panda Translator does not guarantee that all uploaded content can be accessed or viewed by other users through the Panda Translator Service or any means of Internet transmission.
5.2 The User uses any material downloaded or obtained through Panda Translator at its own risk.
6.1 Panda Translator reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The revised content, once published, shall replace the original Terms of Service.
