"AI Translate Now" User Service Agreement

This AI Translate Now User Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement between the User and AI Translate Now regarding the User's registration as a AI Translate Now User and the use of AI Translate Now Services. "User" or "You" means an individual or single entity that provides a product or service using a AI Translate Now.

1. Confirmation of Terms of Service

1.1 These Terms of Service are an agreement between the User (you) and us, and we provide you with services pursuant to this agreement. AI Translate Now is the mobile phone client and related services owned by us, and the ownership, operation and interpretation rights of AI Translate Now are owned by us.

1.2 Users referred to in these Terms of Service, including registered users and non-registered users, are subject to all AI Translate Now Terms of Service.

1.3 If you use the services provided by AI Translate Now on behalf of the Company, you hereby specifically undertake to have the right to represent the Company, and your acceptance of the Terms of Service will automatically be deemed to be the acceptance of the Terms of Service by the company you represent.

2. AI Translate Now Service

2.1 AI Translate Now includes but is not limited to the following services:

• 2.1.1 AI Translate Now and any page below the main page;
• 2.1.2 AI Translate Now directly owns or operates the client, software or any other network and communication environment for the use of the user;
• 2.1.3 AI Translate Now using directly owned or operated servers to provide users with information network storage space;
• 2.1.4 Any other technology and services provided by AI Translate Now.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 The User hereby expressly represents and warrants that it owns or has acquired all necessary rights and assumes all legal responsibilities for all content uploaded to the AI Translate Now.

3.2 Users shall not use the services for any illegal, obscene, pornographic and other activities that violate public order and good customs.

Voice Cloning Service Terms

For the voice cloning feature provided in our app, users must comply with the following terms:

• 3.3 Users shall not use the voice cloning feature for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
• 3.3.1 Impersonating others for fraudulent purposes;
• 3.3.2 Creating or spreading false information;
• 3.3.3 Infringing on others' privacy or reputation rights;
• 3.3.4 Any activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
• 3.4 Users must obtain explicit consent from the original voice owner before cloning their voice.
• 3.5 The cloned voice content must not contain any illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
• 3.6 Users shall bear all legal responsibilities for any consequences arising from their use of the voice cloning feature.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All rights in any software used to provide network services belong to the copyright owner of the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 AI Translate Now does not guarantee that all uploaded content can be accessed or viewed by other users through the AI Translate Now Service or any means of Internet transmission.

5.2 The User uses any material downloaded or obtained through AI Translate Now at its own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 AI Translate Now reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The revised content, once published, shall replace the original Terms of Service.

3. 用户权利和义务

3.1 用户在此明确表示并保证，其拥有或已获得对上传至王牌翻译官的所有内容的所有必要权利，并承担所有法律责任。

3.2 用户不得将服务用于任何非法、淫秽、色情及其他违反公序良俗的活动。

声音克隆服务条款

对于我们应用程序提供的声音克隆功能，用户必须遵守以下条款：

• 3.3 用户不得将声音克隆功能用于任何非法或未经授权的目的，包括但不限于：
• 3.3.1 以欺诈为目的冒充他人；
• 3.3.2 制作或传播虚假信息；
• 3.3.3 侵犯他人隐私权或名誉权；

• 3.4 在克隆他人声音之前，用户必须获得原声音所有者的明确同意。
• 3.5 克隆的声音内容不得包含任何非法、冒犯性或有害的内容。
• 3.6 用户应对使用声音克隆功能所产生的任何后果承担全部法律责任。

4. 知识产权

4.1 用于提供网络服务的任何软件的所有权利均属于该软件的版权所有者。您不得对软件进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编。

5. 免责声明

5.1 王牌翻译官不保证所有上传的内容都能通过王牌翻译官服务或任何互联网传输方式被其他用户访问或查看。

5.2 用户通过王牌翻译官下载或获得的任何材料，由用户自行承担风险。

6. 条款变更

6.1 王牌翻译官保留随时更新本服务条款的权利，无需事先通知。修改后的内容一经发布即替代原有服务条款。
