Welcome to use "Panda Translator" VIP membership service!

I. Definition and Description of the Agreement

1.1 Panda Translator VIP

If you want to use and enjoy the VIP membership service, you need to authorize the login and purchase VIP membership rights in the app, or use the VIP membership card to recharge the membership time of the account. During the validity of the membership period, you will enjoy the VIP membership of Panda Translator.

II. Member Account Management and Use Rules

2.1 Member Registration

• Before becoming a member, you must first register as a Panda Translator user based on true and accurate information.
• Users can become Panda Translator members through various existing and future new channels.
• Panda Translator member account ownership is owned by Panda Translator, members have a limited right to use the account.

III. Member Rights and Benefits

3.1 The membership service has a fixed service term, and once you become a member, you will be deemed to recognize its service term.

3.2 All the membership rights and benefits you can enjoy after purchasing the membership are subject to the description on the "My-VIP" page of the client or the services actually provided.

IV. Membership Usage and Service Term

4.1 The term of the service is subject to the term you choose and successfully pay the corresponding service fee.

4.2 Membership services are limited to self-use of account application. During the membership service period, the member status cannot be transferred between different accounts.

V. Continuous Monthly Service

5.1 The continuous monthly service is an automatic renewal service provided under the premise that you have determined to open the membership service.

5.2 You need to bind your account and ensure that there is enough balance to support the withholding.

VI. Paid Service

6.1 You understand and agree that the membership service is a paid service.

6.2 After the member service function is enabled, no matter whether you actually use the service during the corresponding service period, the fee paid cannot be refunded.

VII. Collection, Use and Protection of Members' Personal Information

7.1 Protecting your information and privacy is a fundamental principle of Panda Translator.

7.2 We work with you to protect your personal information using encryption technology, anonymization processing and other technical measures.
