Automatic Renewal Agreement

This agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "Panda Translator VIP Member Service Agreement" and has the same legal effect. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the Panda Translator VIP Member Service Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

1. Service Description

This service is an automatic renewal service provided to you under the premise that you have opened the Panda Translator VIP membership service. The billing period includes but is not limited to one week, one month, and one year (depending on the actual service period you select).

2. Automatic Renewal Process

If the automatic renewal deduction fails due to the platform system or insufficient balance of your bound account, the Platform will continue to apply for deduction until the platform deduction succeeds or you take the initiative to cancel the automatic renewal service.

3. Price Adjustment

You acknowledge and agree that Panda Translator has the right to adjust the service price. If Panda Translator intends to adjust the service price, we will notify you in advance by appropriate means (including but not limited to online announcements, SMS, etc.).

4. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel your subscription through the following steps:

• (1) iPhone Go to [Settings] and click Open.
• (2) After opening the Settings of Apple iPhone, click [profile picture name] to enter the Apple id.
• (3) Find [Subscribe] in Apple id and click Enter.
• (4) In the Apple ID subscription, find the app "Panda Translator" to unsubscribe.
• (5) Click [Cancel subscription].
• (6) Confirm the cancellation to complete the process.

5. Service Terms

5.1 The Service is up to you to choose whether to cancel or not. If you do not choose to cancel, it is deemed that you agree that we will deduct the payment in accordance with certain rules.

5.2 Your order to automatically renew the deduction before you choose to terminate the Service is still valid, and we will not refund the service fees deducted based on this order.

6. User Authorization

You understand and agree that the withholding rights authorized by you will be regarded as your own consumption behavior, and you will not claim any rights and pursue any responsibility to the Panda Translator and its affiliates if the loss is caused by it.

7. Agreement Changes

Panda Translator may change or amend the service content and terms of this Agreement according to business development or technology upgrade. If you continue to use the services provided by us, you will be deemed to have accepted all changes to this Agreement.

8. Agreement Effect

This Agreement shall take effect from the moment you click to open the automatic renewal service and pay the first installment fee, and shall terminate when you cancel the Service.
