This agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "AI Translate Now VIP Member Service Agreement" and has the same legal effect. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the AI Translate Now VIP Member Service Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
This service is an automatic renewal service provided to you under the premise that you have opened the AI Translate Now VIP membership service. The billing period includes but is not limited to one week, one month, and one year (depending on the actual service period you select).
If the automatic renewal deduction fails due to the platform system or insufficient balance of your bound account, the Platform will continue to apply for deduction until the platform deduction succeeds or you take the initiative to cancel the automatic renewal service.
You acknowledge and agree that AI Translate Now has the right to adjust the service price. If AI Translate Now intends to adjust the service price, we will notify you in advance by appropriate means (including but not limited to online announcements, SMS, etc.).
You can cancel your subscription through the following steps:
5.1 The Service is up to you to choose whether to cancel or not. If you do not choose to cancel, it is deemed that you agree that we will deduct the payment in accordance with certain rules.
5.2 Your order to automatically renew the deduction before you choose to terminate the Service is still valid, and we will not refund the service fees deducted based on this order.
You understand and agree that the withholding rights authorized by you will be regarded as your own consumption behavior, and you will not claim any rights and pursue any responsibility to the AI Translate Now and its affiliates if the loss is caused by it.
AI Translate Now may change or amend the service content and terms of this Agreement according to business development or technology upgrade. If you continue to use the services provided by us, you will be deemed to have accepted all changes to this Agreement.
This Agreement shall take effect from the moment you click to open the automatic renewal service and pay the first installment fee, and shall terminate when you cancel the Service.
本协议是《王牌翻译官VIP会员服务协议》的补充协议，具有同等法律效力。如本协议与《王牌翻译官VIP会员服务协议》有冲突的，以本协议为准。
本服务是在您确定开通王牌翻译官VIP会员服务的前提下提供的自动续费服务。计费周期包括但不限于一周、一个月、一年（以您实际选择的服务期限为准）。
如因平台系统或您绑定账号余额不足等原因导致自动续费扣费失败，平台将持续申请扣费，直至平台扣费成功或您主动取消自动续费服务。
您知悉并同意，王牌翻译官有权对服务价格进行调整。如王牌翻译官拟调整服务价格的，我们会通过适当方式（包括但不限于网站公告、短信等）提前通知您。
您可以通过以下步骤取消订阅：
5.1 本服务由您自主选择是否取消，如您未选择取消，即视为您同意我们按照一定规则进行扣费。
5.2 您在选择终止本服务前的自动续费扣费指令仍然有效，我们不会退还基于该指令已扣除的服务费用。
您理解并同意，您授权的代扣权限将被视为您本人的消费行为，因此造成的损失，您不会向王牌翻译官及其关联公司主张任何权利和追究任何责任。
王牌翻译官可能会根据业务发展或技术升级对本协议的服务内容和条款进行变更或修改。如您继续使用我们提供的服务，即视为您已接受本协议的所有变更。
本协议自您点击开通自动续费服务并支付首笔费用的时刻起生效，至您取消本服务时终止。
